We've obtained beautiful cacao beans sourced from organic farms in Belize, and we roast them in small batches, just for you! Don't feel guilty. It smells so good that we don't mind a bit. :) We will even mill them for you! These beans are rich and chocolaty, with very little bitterness, and a bright nutty taste.

Once your brewing cocoa arrives, run to the kitchen and boil some water! :) Add 2 tablespoons (per 8 ounces of boiling water) to your french press. Pour boiling water in. Allow the brew to steep for exactly five minutes (no longer, or your drink will become astringent). Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy! Feel free to sweeten your brew, or even add creamer, but many people enjoy it as is. To US!
